When will my order ship?
Shipping times are noted on each product page, but here’s a quick guide:

• Original Artworks: Dispatched within 3–6 working days (from the UK).

• Print-to-Order Prints: Dispatched within 3–6 working days (from the UK).

• Made-to-Order Artworks: Timelines vary – please check the item page for details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. Everything ships from my studio in Hertfordshire, UK via Tracked & Signed courier.

International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees. If you're unsure, feel free to ask – I'm happy to help.

Can I return my order?

• Original Artworks & Prints: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me first and return the item in its original packaging.
  Return postage (with tracking and insurance) is the buyer’s responsibility.

• Made-to-Order Artworks: As these are created just for you, I can’t accept returns. Thanks so much for understanding.

What about customs fees or import taxes?
Orders may be subject to customs charges depending on your country – these aren’t included in the artwork or shipping price.

Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, I won’t be able to refund the order.
