Thank you for your interest in my artwork. Here are some FAQs about your purchase – I hope you find them helpful.

When will my order ship?
Shipping times are noted on each product page, but here’s a quick guide:

• Original Artworks – dispatched within 5–7 working days (from the UK).

• Print-to-Order Prints – dispatched within 3–6 working days (from the UK).

• Made-to-Order Artworks – timelines vary, so please check the item page for details.

Do you ship internationally? What about customs fees or import taxes?
Yes – I do. Everything is shipped from my studio in Hertfordshire, UK via a tracked and signed-for courier service. Orders may be subject to customs charges depending on your country; these are not included in the artwork or shipping price. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure. If a parcel is refused due to customs fees, I will not be able to refund the order.

International buyers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees. If you're uncertain, feel free to get in touch – I’ll be happy to help.

Can I return my order?

• Original Artworks & Prints – returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me first and return the item in its original packaging. Return postage (with tracking and insurance) is the buyer’s responsibility.

• Made-to-Order Artworks – as these are created especially for you, I cannot accept returns.
